ok this video is a little bit outdated but i like it, it looks better than the sterile white boring backgrounds of current videos. the work out is challenging but after a while it gets easier to keep up and complete each set. the best thing about it is it really creates results!!

First...this is a great workout. Yes, it is 80's...but it is really humorous. It is the best workout for your butt and thighs...you will be sore! My question is when are they going to put this on DVD?

I'm glad I took the advice of the many great reviews on Amazon and bought this video (used.) It's a great, effective workout with substance, and easy to stick with. You often don't find this in more recent workout DVD's. I'd say it's one of the best workout tapes I own. It works every muscle in your thighs and butt, plus some ab work.
